Earring.com is complete until you are satisfied. We are confidant
that our commitment to product quality and workmanship insures that the
merchandise you receive will meet or exceed your expectations. However,
if you decide not to keep our merchandise, you can return
it to us within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund of the
purchase price with written authorization only. There Will be
To return a diamond or jewelry item to Earring.com, follow our three
step process:
- If within the US, Email
Returns@Earring.com for a Return Authorization
Code. Write this code on the return label included with
your original invoice and affix the label to the outside of the box.
Place all the original packaging in the box, including the
appraisal and the diamond certificate. (The diamond Appraisal
certificate carries a $250 replacement fee.) For security reasons, do
not write Earring.com anywhere on the outside of the box.
On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is
listed as:
- Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure
to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for
confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.*
- More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service
Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and
request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has
reached Earring.* (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise
over $500.)
Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality
Assurance department. You will receive e-mail notification regarding
your return or exchange within seven business days.
Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will
be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been
resized (by a jeweler other than Earring), altered, or
damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
* Earring will not
be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
